Terms of engagement

Acceptance

By requesting an estimate, confirming a deposit, or attending a booked engagement, you accept these terms on behalf of your organisation.

Services

Reason Flowcore provides media audience analytics consultancy for publishing teams, including editorial reviews, visualisation ateliers, calendar clinics, and subscriber retention briefs. Scope is defined in the written proposal or confirmation email for each engagement.

Intellectual property

Draft charts, briefing packs, and template sheets created for your engagement remain licensed to your organisation for internal editorial and circulation use. Reason Flowcore retains ownership of underlying methods, blank templates, and training materials. Client source exports remain the client’s property.

Confidentiality

We treat subscriber extracts, commercial figures, and unpublished calendars as confidential. We do not publish client charts or identify clients in marketing without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Reason Flowcore’s aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We do not accept liability for editorial decisions, advertising outcomes, or circulation results that follow a briefing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved in good faith discussion.

Changes

We may update these terms for future engagements. Confirmed work remains under the terms shared at confirmation unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
