Briefings

From intake call to a room that can decide

Our briefing process is built for publishing calendars: clear sponsors, labelled caveats, and a finish time that respects the next lock.

  1. 1. Intake and fit You share the title, the planning date, and the question that must be answered. We confirm whether a review, clinic, atelier, or retention brief fits.
  2. 2. Material gathering Exports, calendars, and known sampling issues arrive through a secure channel. We name gaps early rather than discovering them mid-briefing.
  3. 3. Pattern reading Analysts prepare charts for the actual meeting agenda. Decorative slides stay out of the pack.
  4. 4. Closed-room delivery Editors and partners see the same material. Disagreement is expected; we facilitate time for it.
  5. 5. Follow-up note Decisions, open questions, and any agreed clinic or atelier are captured within three business days.

What you should prepare

  • A named editorial or circulation sponsor
  • Export window matching the seasons under discussion
  • Draft or locked calendar for the next planning cycle
  • Permission to discuss commercial-sensitive figures in-room

Where briefings happen

Most closed-room sessions take place in Greater Bangkok newsrooms. Regional titles often join by video while printed packs ship ahead. Our studio in Samut Prakan hosts ateliers when clients prefer a neutral table.
