Data we collect
Enquiry forms may collect your name, email address, selected engagement, and message content. During paid work we may process business contact details of sponsors and participants you introduce. Client audience extracts are processed as client-controlled data under our engagement agreement.
Purpose and legal basis
We process enquiry data to respond to your request and to prepare estimates. We process engagement contact details to deliver briefings and ateliers. Where required, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a consultancy, or consent for optional analytics cookies.
Retention
Enquiry messages are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for an active proposal. Engagement records are retained for up to seven years for accounting and professional records. Client extracts are deleted or returned according to the engagement agreement, typically within thirty days after final delivery unless you ask us to hold them for a follow-up clinic.
Your rights
